The policy, in plain English
If you actively practice on a paid plan for 60 days and your AI-predicted band hasn't risen by at least 0.5, we'll refund the full amount you paid for that plan. Cancel any time from Settings, and you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
To qualify, you must:
- Be on a plan that covers the 60-day window (3-Month or 6-Month)
- Take the diagnostic test (so we have a real baseline band)
- Be active at least 4 days per week over the 60-day window
- Complete at least 3 AI-scored exercises per week
- File the claim between day 60 and day 75 of your plan
If you skip practice or never engage with the feedback, the guarantee doesn't apply. Fairly so: the AI can't move a band that wasn't given anything to work with. Conditions are checked automatically against your activity logs at file time.
How we review: when you file, we snapshot your activity + band trajectory. A human reviews within 7 business days and emails you the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued via Stripe to the original payment method.

How does the BandNine improvement guarantee work?+

What if I do not practise much?+
The guarantee does not apply. The conditions are checked automatically against your activity log when you file, and scoring cannot move a band it was never given anything to work with. This is why the activity requirement is stated up front rather than buried.
How long does a refund take?+
A human reviews the claim within 7 business days and emails you the outcome. If it is approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method via Stripe and takes a further 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Can I cancel instead of claiming?+
Yes. Cancelling takes two clicks in Settings and you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.
