If you complete a BandNine paid plan and your AI-predicted band hasn't risen by at least 0.5 after 60 days, we refund you in full. To qualify:
- Take the diagnostic before you start. This is your baseline band.

Questions about pricing
Is there a free IELTS practice plan?
Yes, and it does not expire. The free plan scores your work across all four modules and shows you the real band. What stays blurred is the detailed feedback: the specific sentences that cost you marks and the rewrites. You can see where you stand before paying anything.
Do BandNine plans renew automatically?
It depends which one you pick, so it is worth reading this line. The 15 Days plan at $12 is a single charge and does not renew. The 1 Month, 3 Months and 6 Months plans renew at $19, $39 and $59 until you cancel, so your prep does not stop halfway through a course.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, in two clicks, with no email and no retention call. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Every plan has a 7-day no-questions refund, so a plan you bought and did not get on with is not money gone. The separate band guarantee runs longer and has conditions, which are set out in full on the guarantee page.
What is the score guarantee?
On the 3 Months and 6 Months plans, if you practise actively and your AI-predicted band has not risen by 0.5 within 60 days, you get your money back. Active means at least four days a week with three or more scored exercises, because the guarantee covers the method rather than the purchase.
Is this cheaper than an IELTS tutor or a coaching class?
A single private lesson usually costs more than any plan here costs in total. That is the honest comparison, and it is also not the whole story: a tutor can read your situation and change the lesson, and we cannot. What we do instead is mark every answer you are willing to write, at any hour, which is the part most people cannot afford to buy by the hour.
Which plan should I choose if my test is in two weeks?
The 15 Days plan. It is the only one that does not renew, so it suits a fixed test date with no tail afterwards. If your date is further out, the longer plans work out cheaper per week and are the ones the guarantee applies to.
