Manish Sharma is CELTA and DELTA qualified with 8 years of IELTS teaching experience, and the founder of BandNine.ai.
He built the platform's AI scoring engine, which is re-benchmarked every week against a fixed calibration set labelled against the public band descriptors with the deviation published publicly. That habit comes from the other half of his working life: 18+ years in enterprise systems and data engineering, where a number you cannot audit is a number you do not trust.
